What Acupuncture Can Cure

What Acupuncture Can Cure

We all know that acupuncture originated in China. Being the pioneer in this type of traditional therapy, China is where you’ll find doctors that have been practicing this form of therapy for generations. Dr. Du Yuanhao is a 51 year old practitioner of acupuncture therapy together with a team of other doctors in Cinese Acupuncture Clinic Research. They make use of acupuncture for curing many types of diseases. After four years of thorough study on acupuncture, Dr. Yuanhao concluded that acupuncture can cure 461 types of diseases.

They found that most diseases that acupuncture is effective at are those of the nervous system, genitourinary system, the digestive system, bones, and skin. Some examples are dementia, skin rashes, stroke, enteritis, and diarrhea.

Points for acupuncture are in the flesh, which is why the treatment can be effective to diseases in muscles and skin Du said to Xianhua News Agency, “Besides, points are rich in nerves. Thus it can also cure diseases in the nervous system and other systems whose functions are directly controlled by nerves.”

Dr. Yuanhao is classifying the 461 diseases and will categorize them into three levels: those that can be cured solely by acupuncture, those that need acupuncture as the major treatment, and those that acupuncture will serve as the assisting treatment.
